Gut Friendly Smoothie

serves 1

  • 2 T. Raspberry Drinking Vinegar

  • 1 T. organic hemp seed

  • 1 t. organic chia seeds

  • 3/4 cup your fave non dairy mylk

  • 2/3 cup frozen organic raspberries or peaches

  • 2/3 cup fresh organic spinach

 Add all ingredients to blender.  Blend.  Enjoy!

The Shaken Cherry

serves 1

Pull out the martini shaker! Add these ingredients to the shaker-

  • Add a little less than a 1/4 cup Cherry Cardamom

  • 1/2 cup sparkling water

  • ice cubes

  • Muddle up some Lakanto 

      sugar substitute (tastes                    EXACTLY like sugar) with

      a couple orange and lemon              slices

  • 1 T. Crofter's black current jam 

  • one shot Frangelico (or Grand Marnier)

Shake it like crazy, pour into a funky glass and voila... your gonna love it! Cheers!

Raspberry Spritz

Serves 1

  • 1/4 cup RASPBERRY DRINKING VINEGAR

  • 3/4 cup brewed and cooled hibiscus tea

  • citrus slices

  • fresh mint for garnish

(add vodka if desired)

Brew and cool tea...add drinking vinegar concentrate and serve over ice!  

CHERRY CARDAMOM Margarita 

Serves 4

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen organic strawberries (or fruit/berries of your choice)

  • 1 cup ice

  • 8 ounces CHERRY CARDAMOM DRINKING VINEGAR 

  • 3 Tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice

Limes for garnish

Himalayan pink sea salt for the rim (if desired)

(add a few shots of Tequila if desired)

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend away!  Cheers!

A Healthy spin on the Classic Shirley Temple 

Serves 2

  • 3 ounces of CHERRY CARDAMOM OR RASPBERRY DRINKING VINEGAR

  • 5 ounces of an Artisan/low sugar brand Ginger Ale or Lemon/lime soda

  • fresh or frozen cherries

  • Ice

Pour over ice...sit back and enjoy!!
